In a bold move towards economic empowerment, Pulse Network Enterprise Limited officially launched its ambitious initiative to drive women’s financial independence through real estate investment. The launch was marked by a vibrant fundraising luncheon, uniting a diverse audience of businesswomen, aspiring entrepreneurs, businessmen, politicians, academics, youths, and families.

Directed by Mrs. Jacqueline Inonge M. Mbulo, one of the founding 20 members of the Pulse Network, the event served as a platform to strengthen the vision of collective investment and financial liberation for women.

In her keynote address, Chairperson Daphne Nawa-Chimuka delivered an inspiring call to action, urging women to break free from cycles of dependency and embrace asset ownership. She emphasized the importance of moving beyond superficial displays of wealth towards genuine financial security, highlighting the need for women to own the homes they live in, drive vehicles registered in their own names, and control the wealth they generate.

“True financial independence is not a luxury — it is a necessity for resilience and self-determination,” she asserted, encouraging women to invest collectively and intentionally in their futures.

Pulse Network Enterprise Limited, a registered and women-led organization, currently comprises 20 dynamic members, including two women based abroad. Together, they have already raised an impressive K700,000 towards their initial real estate project — a reflection of the collective determination and commitment driving the enterprise’s mission.

The luncheon was not only a fundraising effort but also a strategic networking opportunity, inviting attendees to contribute to a movement that seeks to redefine women’s economic roles in society. Chairperson Nawa-Chimuka paid a special tribute to Mr. Joseph Mushalika for his invaluable mentorship and steadfast support, and warmly thanked the Guest for their presence and encouragement.

As the afternoon unfolded, guests were encouraged to engage, collaborate, and sow the seeds of lasting partnerships. The Chairperson closed her address with a powerful message:
“Let us build a future where women stand on foundations they own and thrive with the wealth they have earned.”

During the luncheon, guests had the opportunity to explore a variety of activities, including exhibition stands showcasing merchandise from women entrepreneurs, an American raffle with exciting got prize packages, a cocktail stand, and a traditional food stand celebrating local cuisine.

The success of the luncheon was made possible through the generous support of key sponsors, including:

  1. Muyanganas Family
  2. Zambezi Secondary School
  3. BETUZ
  4. St. Mary’s Maramba
  5. SESTUZ
